The digital transformation is about to become the key to sustaining success for the future for Tentamus laboratories. In order to support our laboratories, Tentamus has launched TentaTINC (The Tentamus Technology and Innovation Center).
With the aim of finding automated and innovative solutions, TentaTINC helps identify possible new projects, assess their feasibility and bring them to fruition in Tentamus Laboratories. TentaTINC accompanies Tentamus laboratories on their journey towards automation by helping them select which devices would be best suited for their laboratory and how to implement them. This translates to Tentamus providing better quality and faster results for its customers.

What is TentaTINC?
TentaTINC accompanies Tentamus laboratories on their journey towards automation by helping them select which devices would be best suited for their laboratory and how to implement them. This translates to Tentamus providing better quality and faster results for its customers.
By contacting partners in the Tentamus Group, TentaTINC has the goal of sharing knowledge and facilitating collaboration within the group. The innovative solutions implemented allow the laboratories to run more smoothly and therefore increases Tentamus customers satisfaction.
Although the main and first target group for TentaTINC are Tentamus laboratories, we would be honored to expand our activities fields outside of Tentamus.

Automation of Sensory Analysis at aromaLAB
The sensory analysis process at aromaLAB consisted in filling out a paper form 2 times a day and then entering the data in excel file. This workflow was very time consuming for the sensory panelists.
TentaTINC came up with the solution of adapting the sensory web application of QSI to aromaLAB to automate this process. The sensory analysis is now directly done by filling the sensory data on the web application, the file can then directly be exported as excel or PDF.
The process now last 5 min instead of 15 min, and the results are completely digital.
GCO Digitalization at aromaLAB
The process for Gas-Chromatography-Olfactometry (GCO) at aromaLAB consisted in writing down the odors manually on a printed chromatograph and then typing them in an excel file.
TentaTINC has now fully automated this process: With an appropriate software the data is recorded, and the employees can write down the odors on a tablet, after this step the data is directly sent to a database.
The measurement procedure has been facilitated and the time to analyze a sample went from 1-3 hours to 3 seconds!
Computer Validation Services
We also offer Computer Validation services and our experts were able to set up a computer validation model system and applied it at Tentamus Pharma & Med Deutschland GmbH Karlsruhe and Oldenburg.

Computerized System Validation (CSV) provides the answers to fundamental questions of your IT organization.

Our activities allow you to answer all these questions not only for your own quality and product assurance and comes with a level of structured documentation that allows the lab to demonstrate compliance of those topics with Annex 11 EU GMP Guideline.
