Dr. Jochen P. Zoller

Dr. Jochen P. Zoller Tentamus Group

Dr. Jochen P. Zoller is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Tentamus Group. Before Dr. Zoller decided to become independent with Tentamus, he was entrusted with the leadership and development of the London-based Food and Agri division of Intertek, a global leader in its fields of analysis, inspection and certification of products and systems. In addition, he worked as the countries’ Chairman of Intertek Germany, responsible for all the firm’s activities in the domestic market.

Prior to that, Dr. Jochen Zoller was CEO of Genetic ID AG, a company specializing in the analysis and certification of tracing genetically modified organisms.

Dr. Zoller began his career within the field as the founding manager of the TÜV (Technical Inspection Association) Vitacert GmbH in 2000.

Dr. Zoller earned his Ph.D. in the field of chemistry at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and further holds an MBA from the OUBS in Great Britain. He has also worked and studied at MIT in Cambridge, USA and at the Oxford University in Great Britain.

In addition to his experience in the field of foodstuff inspection and the development of new markets and business segments, Dr. Zoller has a solid scientific background in the field of chemistry, with a concentration in renewable resources. Dr. Zoller is author and co-author to articles in academic textbooks, as well as to publications in leading chemistry journals.

Abgar Barseyten

Abgar Barseyten is Co-Founder and Boardmember of the Tentamus Group. Before Mr. Barseyten decided to go independent with Tentamus, he was part of the M&A team and responsible for the development of the Food and Agri division of Intertek. In addition, Mr. Barseyten was responsible for Intertek’s Global Renewable Energy Business Unit out of Houston, Texas in the USA.

Mr. Barseyten began his career in 2004 in Corporate Finance with T-Mobile International in London, having studied Finance in Nürtingen, Germany and in Suwon, South Korea. In 2013, he obtained his Executive MBA from Kellogg.

Mr. Barseyten has been part of shaping the life science safety industry for numerous years across the globe by connecting dots across the labs, insitutions and regulatory bodies.

Dr. Christian Rebhan

Dr. Rebhan

Dr. Christian Rebhan joined the Tentamus Group as CEO in April 2024 and has extensive expertise in healthcare and life sciences management, which he has gained over an impressive professional career.
After completing his degree in medicine, he spent more than a decade in management consulting, where he distinguished himself as a partner at Bain & Company in the global healthcare and private equity practice. During this time, he gained valuable experience in the structured analysis of business challenges and the successful implementation of large-scale, transformative programs on a global scale.

In 2018, Dr. Rebhan joined the management team of Unilabs, a leading provider of diagnostics solutions. Since then, he has occupied a number of key positions, including Chief Medical Officer and President of the Scientific Business Units. In these roles, he has been responsible for leading a large team of professionals and for the profitability of three highly complex, fast-growing business units.

He started his professional career after studying medicine at the Universities of Heidelberg and LMU Munich and complemented his education with an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau and Singapore.

Eike Walters

Eike Walters

Eike Walters joined the Tentamus Group in August 2023 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Director. Prior to that, he was CFO at Tele Columbus AG for almost 5 years. Before his CFO role, he held various positions in controlling, most recently as Director Controlling at Tele Columbus for over 4 years.

His professional career began in 2005 as a trainee in a medium-sized construction company before he changed industries in 2007 and worked for several years in various finance functions at the telecommunications company Tele Columbus. Eike Walters holds a degree in industrial engineering.

Mark Phillips

Mark Phillips joined the Tentamus Group in May 2024 as CIO & CTO.

Mark Phillips brings over 25 years of experience in shaping transformation strategies in various industries. He supported companies through mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and turnarounds. Mark has successfully delivered digital transformation programs as well as large scale ERP/CRM implementations. He has managed budgets of up to £100 million and led global teams of up to 400 people.

In addition to his CIO and CTO roles, Mark provides advisory services to boards and assists private equity firms with due diligence, integration planning and turnaround strategies across multiple sectors. He holds an MBA (with distinction) from Warwick Business School.

Paul Andrei

Paul Andrei

Paul Andrei studied microbiology and hygiene in Germany and France from 1990 to 1996. In 1997, he founded the BAV Institut für Hygiene und Qualitätssicherung GmbH, which he managed until 2022. BAV became part of the Tentamus Group in 2014. Paul Andrei has been Managing Director of Tentamus Helvetia GmbH since 2021 and Global Microbiology Manager of the Tentamus Group since 2023.

In addition to his work at Tentamus, he is a member of the DGHM working group "Mikrobiologische Richt- und Warnwerte zur Beurteilung von Lebensmitteln" at VUP e.V., Berlin, and is active in projects of the Lebensmittelverband e.V. He is an authorized cross-checking expert according to § 43 LFGB, editor of specialist literature, author of scientific publications and speaker at scientific events.

Beate Heidorn-Thoß

Beate Heidorn-Thoß joined the Tentamus Group in 2015 as Global Quality Manager and is responsible for Quant Qualitätssicherung as Managing Director. Before joining the Tentamus Group, Ms. Heidorn-Thoß worked for international companies in the TIC industry, such as TÜV Süd and most recently as Certification Body Manager for global food safety management certifications at Intertek. Afterwards, she worked independently in the field of auditing, consulting and training for food safety management systems and laboratories.

Ms. Heidorn-Thoß began her professional career after completing an apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory assistant and subsequently studying at the Technical University of Munich to become a graduate engineer (FH) in food technology. In 2002, she also completed a training course to become an auditor.

Ms. Heidorn-Thoß supports the group with her extensive experience and the exchange between the areas of certification/accreditation/training/consulting and auditing for our laboratories and customers from the food industry and related sectors.

Dr. Cord Lüllmann

Dr. C. Lüllmann has been Technical Director of the Tentamus Group since 2012. Before and during this activity, he was and is Managing Director of Quality Services International GmbH, which was merged in 1999 from three institutes: the Institute for Pharmaceutical Analysis (IPA) founded by Dr. Lüllmann in 1996, the Chemical-Technical Laboratory, Institute for Trade Analysis (CTL) founded by Dr. Lüllmann in 1989 and the Institute for Honey Analysis (IHA), which he took over in a management function in 1988.

He also manages the business of Tentamus Inovation Hub GmbH, where he specializes in robotics and automation in the laboratory sector.

Mr. Lüllmann completed his diploma in chemistry in 1987.

In addition to his activities in committees and associations (DIN, Honig-Verband, FEEDM), Dr. Lüllmann was a sought-after partner in worldwide projects in Asia, Europe, Africa, America with regard to honey, food and accompanying import regulations (India, China, Vietnam, Croatia, Romania, Great Britain, Tanzania, Ghana, Uruguay, Argentina, Cuba, Chile, Guatemala, USA). As a publicly appointed and sworn commercial chemist, he acts as an expert witness and his technical expertise is in demand in court and at congresses in the form of presentations.

Laura Jungermann

Laura Jungermann is working as Director Digital Marketing & Media at Tentamus Group GmbH since March 2020 and brings more than 6 years of experience in this field. Prior to her current position, she worked as Social Media & Content Manager at Tentamus for 2 years and 9 months. Her professional career began as a working student at EHC Eisbären Management GmbH, where she spent 5 years taking on various tasks in the management of the Eisbären Kids Club, planning and implementing match days and promotional events, and working on social media & video projects.

Laura Jungermann holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Business Psychology from the University of Applied Management, which she obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration with a specialization in Event, Trade Fair and Congress Management at the Berlin School of Economics, Technology and Culture.

Nicole Bokelmann started working as Director of Business Development & Marketing at the Tentamus Group in Berlin in April 2022. Prior to this position, she held the position of Director of Business Development & Marketing at bilacon for over 2 years. She started her professional career at bilacon after her studies as Online Regulatory Affairs Specialist and Business Development Manager.

Nicole Schröer holds a Master of Science (MS) in Food Technology from the Technical University of Berlin. She received her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Food Technology from the same university.
