James Murphy is a seasoned commercial executive with over 18 years of experience driving strategic growth and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams in the life sciences and analytical testing sectors. Prior to joining Tentamus North America, James held a senior commercial leadership role within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, where he played a key role in launching national sales initiatives, optimizing team structures, and driving consistent revenue growth. He brings extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence.
James is known for his ability to develop customer-centric go-to-market strategies and foster cross-functional alignment across complex, decentralized organizations. His leadership style blends data-driven decision-making with a collaborative, people-first approach.
