Tentamus Group appoints Richard Adams as CEO of Tentamus North America
The Tentamus Group is excited to announce the appointment of Richard Adams as CEO of Tentamus North America, effective from November 1, 2024. With North America representing the second-largest region within the Tentamus Network and a crucial driver of our future growth, Richard's leadership comes at an opportune time for our expansion in the region.
Richard holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology. He is a seasoned C-level executive with over 25 years of extensive experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry. Most recently, he led Eurofins Scientific, Inc.'s Tech Americas division, overseeing multiple companies in the Materials & Engineering Sciences and Consumer Products Testing sectors.
In his new role, Mr. Adams will focus on strengthening Tentamus’ North American presence and accelerating the profitable growth of the company’s business in this vital market.

With Richard's appointment, Ken will play a key role in facilitating Richard’s onboarding and ensuring a seamless transition, while continuing to contribute to the success of our North American businesses, reporting directly to Mr. Adams.
We would also like to thank Abgar Barseyten, who previously served as Country Manager for North America. He will now fully dedicate himself to our M&A activities, helping to further drive the strategic expansion of the Tentamus Group.
