Tentamus Group announces new CEO
Tentamus Group, a leading company in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and agri-science industries, is delighted to announce a change in its management team from April 1, 2024. This change marks a significant milestone in the development of the company and reflects the commitment to growth and innovation of the entire group.
The current leaders and co-founders Dr. Jochen P. Zoller and Mr. Abgar Barseyten will now hand over their role as joint CEO's and move into their new positions as Chairman and Board Member respectively. They will focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and continue to bring their proven market presence and strategic skills, providing significant contributions to exceeding Tentamus Group's growth targets and further strengthening its position in the market.
The newly designated CEO is Dr. Christian Rebhan, who has 20 years of strategic and operational experience in the life science sector.
With his ability to implement transformative strategies and inspire employees, Dr. Christian Rebhan is ideally positioned to lead the Tentamus Group into the next phase of growth.

Dr. Rebhan is an experienced executive with a background in management consulting and healthcare. For the past five years, he has been a member of the management team at Unilabs, a leading international provider of diagnostic services. He is characterized by an analytical view and a focus on profitable growth based on an inspiring and goal-oriented leadership culture. Prior to joining Unilabs, he worked as a Partner at Bain & Company, where he managed international mandates in the healthcare and private equity sectors. He began his professional career after studying medicine at the Universities of Heidelberg and LMU Munich and completed his education with an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau and Singapore.
