TentaConsult takes over HWI regulatory services GmbH and further expands its market position
Wissel Holding GmbH is the owner of the HWI group of companies. It sold its company HWI regulatory services GmbH to TentaConsult Pharma & Med GmbH on 1 August 2022.
The HWI group has been successfully offering its services to the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in the areas of laboratory services, vigilance, quality and drug development for over 30 years. In its strategic orientation, the HWI group will increasingly focus on the development and testing of innovative drugs with chemical and biotechnological active ingredients for parenteral, nasal and oral applications as well as the digitalisation of pharmacovigilance.

With significantly strengthened capacities, TentaConsult will be even better able to live up to its claim of being a globally active full-service provider within the Tentamus Group.
