Since 1993, Laboratory Tello has specialized in the analysis of olive and olive pomace, the technical consultancy of oil mills and packaging plants, olive oil and its derivatives, the analysis of other vegetable oils and fats in foodstuffs.

Laboratorio Tello is currently accredited by the Spanish National Accreditation Agency (ENAC) for physical-chemical testing of agri-food products and our laboratory has been acknowledged as a physical-chemical laboratory by the International Olive Council (IOC).
